Taxonomy mapping and integration

Map GO-SETT taxonomy and DSIT Space Capability areas to the Space Capabilities Catalogue (SCC) dataset. Implement the mapped tags within the SCC so users can identify relevant organisations via the SpaceCat Dynamics interface.
