Response Maintenance (South Belfast, East Belfast, South West & South Down)

This competition will involve 4 lots: South Belfast East Belfast South West South Down Historically, South & East Belfast were delivered as a single contract covering approximately 10,000 units. This area will be segmented into two distinct Lots in this Competition. The lot contracts will deliver responsive maintenance, emergency repairs, void property works, civil engineering, asbestos services, fire safety works, and associated inspections across the Contracting Authority's properties within the relevant region....
