Provision of professional services - Financial management processes completion

The Council requires the continuation of specialist professional services to support the completion of its financial management improvement activity. This includes final elements of advisory work and assessments linked to strengthening internal financial processes and capability. The appointed supplier is a recognised national body with specialist expertise in public sector financial management, and the remaining work forms part of an ongoing contract.
