Regulatory Services use the database for regulatory functions including food, health and safety, pollution control, nuisance investigation, trading standards, licensing, animal health and dog warden work. Safer Neighbourhoods Service use APP for recording, triage, risk assessment and subsequent management of individual cases relating to Anti-Social Behaviour; Environmental Crime; Private and Public Sector Housing Enforcement or Disrepair; safeguarding; supporting individuals and neighbourhoods.
