Procurement of Advice on North Herts Council's Liability for Business Rates

Provision of advice on the Business Rates and Council Tax liability of North Herts Council for various investment and operational properties for which the Council is the rate payer. The purpose is to appoint a firm of advisers to deliver high quality advice on the management of NHC's Rating Liability to ensure that the rateable value of properties for which NHC is the rate payer are correctly assessed and NHC is not overpaying its Rating Liability.
