This further competition is conducted in accordance with Regulation 33 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) and the terms and conditions of the Framework Agreement. Only suppliers appointed to the National Education Framework for the provision of Multifunctional Print Devices and Associated Digital Transformation Solutions OE/DU/MFD/01 are eligible to participate in this further competition.
