Roof Replacement (Phase 4a) work at Chapel Allerton Primary School Harrogate Road, Leeds LS7 3DP

The project is for: Replacing slate roof R2 rear pitch to the main building The scope of the work involves: •Strip off existing slate tile roof, reclaim min 50% and replace with new matching diminishing Welsh slate to rear R2 Main building roof •Remove and replace timber battens and felt •Repair/replace exiting chimney stacks •Repair/replace guttering and downpipes as specified •Replace/replace, treat existing roof timbers •Replace lead valleys and flashings
