Provision of Health Check Stations

Norfolk County Council has let a contract to lease 8 health stations in year one and 7 health stations in subsequent years to provide an appropriate health check to individuals aged 16 years and above, enabling them to assess their health, identify risk, understand the appropriate next steps and have a record of their health check.
