Service for the delivery of Social Care Occupational Therapy for Children and Young People

We are looking to commission an Occupational Therapy Service to be the single point for children and young people Social Care assessments. The aim of the service is to meet statutory provision to help children and young people remain at home, cared for by their families and enable them to be as independent as possible.
