National Paediatric Diabetes Audit

The contract will initially be delivered for NHS-funded care in England, Wales, and publicly funded care in Jersey for a period of 3 years, at a maximum total budget of up to £1,103,361 excluding VAT (a total budget of up to £1,324,033.20 including VAT).
