Provision of an Incentivised Travel Based Promotion App

The council has prepared a staff travel plan, which was launched in June 2025. In pursuit of modal shift, this requires the support of a rewards scheme or direct incentives for individuals to adopt sustainable or active travel modes in preference to the car, principally for work commuting trips.
