Independent Learning Responses Framework

EoE NHS CPH is seeking to establish a new framework agreement for Independent Learning Responses which improves and will replace the Independent Investigations Framework. It is intended that the framework will be reopened every 2 years, to allow new entrants to market the opportunity to Bid for a place on the framework.
