Delivery of Decarbonisation Works at Marl Pits Leisure Centre, Rawtenstall

Rossendale Borough Council has awarded a contract for the delivery of a comprehensive package of heat decarbonisation and energy efficiency works at Marl Pits Leisure Centre, Rawtenstall. The works are funded in part through the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS Phase 4) and are based on a completed RIBA Stage 4 design.
