Excavation of Mersea Blockhouse

The project is for a full archaeological excavation, assessment, analysis, reporting and archiving, of the scheduled Henrician blockhouse/artillery fort and associated unscheduled foreshore (intertidal) features, that lie on the Essex coast at East Mersea.
