The Client wishes to appoint the Contractor to carry out main construction works in accordance with the scope and programme of the GSTT Theatre 1 and 2 enhanced minor works and maintenance project on the first floor of Borough Wing at Guy’s Hospital Great Maze Pond, London SE1 9RT.
