Enabling Prevention in the Voluntary, Care and Faith Sector

This service focuses on preventing rough sleeping wherever possible and ensuring that, where prevention is not successful, rough sleeping does not become repeated or prolonged. Its aim is to intervene early, reduce the risk of people sleeping rough, and support coordinated action so that individuals do not cycle back into homelessness.
