Provision of professional services - Financial management processes completion

The Council requires continued professional support to finalise its financial management processes. This extension covers the completion of the financial management review and specialist technical and leadership assessments linked to the finance restructure. CIPFA is being retained due to its unique expertise and nationally recognised role in local government finance, making it the only suitable provider for this work.
