LCS002 - Waste and recycling changes - Printed labels and tags

A selection of printed instruction/information labels are required for all residents waste and recycling bins are needed to support the roll-out of the delivery of the new food waste caddies and red-lid bins. This supports the legal requirement to provide a food waste collection service and support the governments plan to increase recycling rates.
