Appointment of a Development Management Organisation

Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced client side Development Management Organisation (DMO) to provide specialist, integrated development management support for The Seam Phase 2 programme. The appointment will support the planning, co-ordination and delivery of key project elements consisting of a hotel development, Campus Square public realm, and the National Centre for Digital Technology (NCDT).
