​​​​Northern Gas Networks (NGN) seeks to establish a zero-value framework agreement with qualified suppliers to provide appliance supply (where NGN's Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) will fit appliance) and/or supply & installation services (where NGN's DLO team is unable to deliver).
