Highway Maintenance Resources Framework_2026

A framework of suitably qualified and experienced organisations to supply suitably trained and experienced highway maintenance operatives with vehicles and equipment to supplement Leicestershire County Council's (the Council) directly employed workforce, on an ad-hoc basis. All teams will work under the direct instruction and supervision of the Council's employees. Appointed framework suppliers will be selected to provide resources in accordance with the framework selection procedure or quotation procedure.
