Loft Insulation and LED Lighting

The purpose of the contract is to comply within current building regulations and install loft insulation to a minimum depth of 270mm as well as where applicable installing LED lighting to ensure 100% LED lighting within each property. In addition, for each property a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) to undertake a new EPC.
