Midlands network level pavement whole life costing strategies and analysis - XAIS-PTS Limited

The project’s scope significantly evolved since inception. It now requires complex multi-layer, multi-iteration analysis aimed at identifying most optimal whole life costing strategy for short (RIS3-RIS4) and long (20-40 years) term pavement renewals. This will allow to strike a healthy balance between OPEX and CAPEX expenditure, with a positive impact on NH’s imperatives.
