RFQ For the Provision of a Governance Effectiveness Review and preparation support for the Regulator of Social Housing Inspection process

The objective of the procurement is to secure the services of an expert external assessor/organisation to lead the evaluation of Rochdale Boroughwide Housing (RBH) Board and Governance effectiveness and to provide feedback and recommendations about how it can be even more effective
