Ice-Cream Concession (Non-Static) at Haigh Woodland Park 2026 - 2028 (2029)

Wigan Council requires the provision of ice-cream services to visitors to Haigh Woodland Park in Wigan. This is by way of mobile ice cream unit(s) (non-static) owned and funded at the Operator’s expense (the Concession).
