Nightly paid temporary accommodation

Provide crisis accommodation for customers who are owed a temporary accommodation duty by the Council (S188 & S193, Part 7 of Housing Act 1996) in circumstances where there are no availability in commissioned or non-commissioned supported accommodation. The crisis accommodation provided will comply with the requirements of the Housing Act 2004.
