Appointment of consultants for the further development of a Business Case for the development of the Port of Workington as a Clean Growth Hub

Cumberland Council is seeking to appoint suitably qualified consultants to support the Council in the further development of the business case for the future development of the Port of Workington and adjacent land as a clean growth hub of energy production, manufacturing and logistics industries in line with the following vision.
