Waiver - Product Reasons - No tender process is proposed as the 12-month extension forms part of the decommissioning process. There is an opportunity to streamline the local health coaching and behaviour change service offer with the Public Health Choose You service that was launched in April 2025. The extension period to the current Lifestyle Hub contract will provide time for the Choose You service to become established and be able to manage the additional referrals.
