Restoring the Soar project: Evaluation of Development Phase and Delivery stage plan

This procurement is part of Restoring the Soar, which is an externally funded National Lottery Heritage Fund project, in partnership with the Canal & River Trust and Leicestershire & Rutland Wildlife Trust. The project is currently in the Development Phase and will be submitting a funding application for the Delivery Phase in May 2026. The project is a two-stage project only; Development Phase and Delivery Phase.
