Welsh Government - 'When I am Ready’ scheme evaluation

The “When I am Ready” scheme has been available in Wales since 2016. Previous research has identified some known issues and barriers to participation in the scheme. This evaluation aims to further explore those issues and barriers, collect the experiences and opinions of care leavers and foster carers themselves about how the scheme has been delivered in practice over the last ten years and how it can be improved in the future
