All-age Carers Support Service

The tender is required to ensure the Council continues to meet its statutory duties under the Care Act 2014 and the Children and Families Act 2014, while aligning delivery with the All-Age Carers Strategy 2025-2030. The recommissioned service will provide a whole-life, preventative model of support, strengthen early identification of carers, improve transitions between children's and adult services, and incorporate a sustainable digital offer following the cessation of Accelerated Reform Fund (ARF) funding.
