Leadership Programme for Nurses, Midwives and Allied Health Professionals (NMAHP )

Leadership programme for Designing Thinking Approach to Developing a NMAHP vision for Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. The programme includes workshops and online engagement with approximately 200 nurses, midwives & AHPs to develop a strategy linked to compassionate leadership and high quality care.
