Insolvency Practitioner (IP) Panel​

In certain situations, the FCA may seek to exercise its powers to apply to the court to appoint an insolvency practitioner (IP) over an authorised firm, to apply to replace an incumbent IP with a new IP, or to suggest a candidate IP for appointment by a firm. We are seeking to establish a Panel of consulting and restructuring firms which can provide IPs to take on such appointments. The Panel will exist for a term of four years.
