Pre-Market Engagement - Adult Social Care Reablement and Bridging Service in Gloucestershire

Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) is reviewing its current Home Care (Domiciliary Care) model to ensure it aligns with the Adult Social Care Prevention Strategy.
