Support for Development of Canolfan Pentre Awel

We have commissioned Hywel Dda University Health Board to support Carmarthenshire County Council to market Canolfan Pentre Awel specifically to the life sciences sector with a view to securing tenants in Canolfan to reach 90% occupancy by the end of Year 3 of operation to ensure that the overall business case for the project is achieved.
