Provision of the Refurbishment of Rock House Children's Home

Development of Rock House into a 4 bedroom post 16 residential provision to support the council’s Looked After Children strategy. The works to comprise of the creation of four self‑contained studio flats, each with ensuite shower/WC and kitchenette and a staffed area including sleep‑in room, office, WC/shower, laundry, plant and storage, plus a modest communal lounge/activity space and circulation.
