Care and Support Service for Care Leavers (18-25 years old) at Riverstone House

Procure Supported Housing services at Riverstone House which is an 8 flat provision for care leaving service users. The supported housing service will require an element of care and support therefore it is expected of any prospective providers that they have a CQC registration.
