Sustainability Appraisal and Habitats Regulations Assessment

The Council is seeking Tenders in respect of a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake both the Sustainability Appraisal incorporating the Strategic Environmental Assessment (or Environmental Outcomes Report should this be introduced as a replacement) and Habitats Regulations Assessment to support the preparation of a sound and legally compliant Local Plan.
