Protecting Communities II (ProCom II) is a multi year blended ODA/non-ODA programme designed to reduce those shared threats by strengthening Pakistan’s security, justice, and migration management systems. It builds on the previous UK-funded Cooperation on Serious Crime Programme (CSCP), moving to a longer-term platform that enables sustained engagement and deeper reform.
