The Council require a contractor who can deliver the cleansing and clearance operation of Council owned Waterbodies and Watercourses to meet the Councils safety requirements as set out in NBBC's Water Safety Policy and litter cleansing standards as laid out in the Government's Code of Practice on Litter and Refuse.
