Neighbourhood Planning Independent Examiner Framework

A multiple-supplier framework agreement for the provision of independent neighbourhood planning examiner services. The framework enables West Northamptonshire Council to appoint suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake independent examinations of neighbourhood plans on a call-off basis, in accordance with statutory requirements. Services will be commissioned as required via individual call-off contracts under the framework procedure, with no guarantee of volume or spend.
