Contract for Warm Homes Social Housing Wave 3

Hartlepool Borough Council has been awarded funding from the Department of Energy Security and Net Zero to deliver energy efficiency measures to eligible Council owned properties within the Borough to April 2028. The aim of the scheme is to improve the energy performance of to a band C, with a space heating demand 90 kWh/m2/year if cost effective. Delivery of works should commence in January 2026.
