Minor Works: Property Adaptations Framework

The purpose of the Framework is for appointed contractors to undertake minor works including the fixing and installation of equipment such as rails, steps and ramps etc. to the homes of the Council's clients that have a requirement following NHS clinical assessment for property adaptations to assist with independence and mobility prior to or following their patient discharge from hospital.
