The purpose of this medical insurance is to indemnify the persons insured in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Medical Plan for the medically necessary services and/or treatments administered and/or prescribed by a physician as listed hereafter and that are reasonable and customary in the country where they are incurred, for the treatment of sickness, accident or maternity.
