Zephyr sensor 2 year service and maintenance renewal

To extend the service and maintenance contract on a network of 12 Zephyr air pollution sensors first purchased in February 2023 using a ringfenced Defra air quality grant. The sensors have a two-year lifespan and unless the sensors inside the units are replaced by the end of May 2025 the network will have to be shut down and mothballed.
