Review our evaluation framework and provide independent verification of delivery against targets. This involves data collection, analysis of and annual summary reporting. A mid-point evaluation at the end of year 3 (2029) and a final evaluation at end of year 5 (2031) which the consultant will help to design. This may entail data collection beyond the methodology detailed in the Corporate plan.
