Southend Green Belt Update 2025

Southend-on-Sea City Council is preparing a local plan for its area, to cover the period for the next 15 to 20 years. Southend-on-Sea City Council and Rochford District Council jointly commissioned Land Use Consultants to undertake a Green Belt study, which was completed in 2024.
