WDC Refugee Employability Support

Wealden District Council appointed People Matter Trust to support resettled refugees and produce a tailored career plan with smart targets, identifying what steps, including training courses/qualifications, are necessary to achieve this. Support will include careers advice, CV development, job application and interview preparation, access to training, apprenticeships, volunteering, and business start-up guidance. People Matter will manage expectations and provide tailored advice to meet individual needs.
