Lead Mains Replacement

Procurement of a contractor to undertake works on existing lead mains replacement (Domestic cold water supply) from external water meter/isolation tap to internal stop tap. Due to leaking supply or damaged supply pipework. This is an interim contract, whilst Gentoo Group prepares for a long term procurement exercise.
