Soft Market Test for a range of Rough Sleeping Prevention and Recovery Grant Projects

Sheffield City Council is undertaking this soft market test to assess current market capacity for the delivery, provision, and supply of a variety of projects funded from the Rough Sleeping Prevention and Recovery Grant (RSPARG) allocated from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG).
